Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days for local deliveries and 5–14 business days for international shipments. You will receive a confirmation message and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible products may be exchanged or refunded according to our return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple products, items from different suppliers, or products that are temporarily out of stock, your order may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking details for each package.
